Andi Hartenstein

Ms. Hartenstein has been a daycare provider for over 20 years.  She is also a dedicated owner of horses and committed to the Meadowgate mission to rescue abused horses and bring them to a safe haven.  She serves as Vice President on the Board.

Beverly VanClef 

Mrs. VanClef is a long-time owner of horses with hands-on experience raising and training horses for competitive showing. Currently, Mrs. VanClef is a police officer with the Trumansburg, NY Police Department, and also serves as a patrol officer for the Cornell University Police Department. With a career in law enforcement, she brings to Meadowgate in-depth knowledge of legal issues and court proceedings. Mrs. VanClef is an enthusiastic supporter in the development of the Meadowgate Youth Program, hoping to assist at-risk children building their self-esteem, exercising compassion, and recognizing the value of teamwork.  She holds a chair position on the Board.

Pam Watros
Ms. Watros is President of the Meadowgate Board of Directors and is founder of this valuable not-for-profit organization. She brings to the organization 20 years of management and leadership experience, and many years of equine ownership and involvement.  She has a wealth of experience caring for abused horses and implementing interventions to reduce risk of maltreatment.  Ms. Watros oversees all day-to-day Meadowgate operations.
